Not sure how to clean your knits? Good news: each of our items ships with washing information, but we also suggest picking up a few packets of Soak wool wash with your order.
Even more good news: most of our items are knit out of wool, and wool has natural cleaning properties and don't need to be cleaned that frequently.
To use: fill a sink with lukewarm water. Add a packet of Soak. Soak your knitwear in the sink for 20 minutes or until you remember that you left it there. Lift the item out and *gently* squeeze some of the water out. Spread the item on a couple of towels, roll them up, and step on them. (We're feeling like we should make a YouTube video to demonstrate this easy process!). Then spread the item out on a flat surface like a bed, gently press it into shape, and leave to air dry.
